IFGA Winter Trap League
2016 Winter Trap League will begin Sunday, January 3rd. All club members are encouraged to join, experienced and inexperienced trap shooters are both welcome. Winter trap league is a fun and laid back introduction to how we shoot and run leagues at IFGA. Departing from our typical team-based league, winter league will be an individual event. Each Sunday for 10 weeks’ weather permitting. Shooting will begin at 11:30 am and run in conjunction with our scheduled open trap if needed. Individual shooters will record scores from a single game each week. Yardages will vary each week and include both singles and handicap yardages. After 10 weeks the scores will be added up and a winner will be named.
To compete in Winter League, just show up on week 1, Sunday January 3rd and sign up. Winter League will cost $10 per shooter for the Lewis Entry and $4 (or 1 trap card punch) each week for round shot. If for some reason you cannot make a particular week, rounds can be made up on the following week.
