This clinic is for members and guests who have either attended the basic draw from the holster clinic or have obtained additional training in drawing from the holster (NRA, USCCA, SIG, etc). We will be focusing more on timed drills as well as distance drills to improve your skills drawing from the holster and engaging a target quickly, but safely.
Sign in is at 8:00-8:45am (don’t be late!) The safety briefing will start promptly at 8:45 and people arriving late will not be permitted to join the clinic for safety reasons.
Clinic Requirements: An appropriate carry pistol of a minimum caliber of 9mm or .38 Spl. 50-100 rounds of ammunition (training ammunition is fine). A strong side (3 O’clock carry), Inside the Waistband or Outside the Waistband holster that covers the entire trigger and trigger guard. Minimum of 2 magazines to allow for reload practice. A jacket or sweatshirt to allow for concealment practice. Finally, a strong attitude to learn.
This clinic will be limited to 12 students with a cost of $35.00 per student. A waiting list will be maintained for any cancellations. If there is strong interest, the R/P Committee will schedule additional clinics.
